Honestly if you’re comfortable I’d suggest talking to your roommate about it. It might be awkward, but might also break the ice if this something that’s causing stress! You can find the balance between respecting your roommates boundaries, and being comfy with your sexual self with communication

Naked Therapy is what’s paying me through grad school right now! It’s a 50 minute zoom session. I’m naked, you can be too if you wish, and it’s a space to talk about your sexuality in a judgement free environment. I only offer it on OF- makes it easier through my business to offer it in one place.

So long as everyone is a consenting adult, have fun! There’s no shame in it at all. Some of the best people I’ve ever met are SWs, or hire SWs.

You are not alone in this my friend. My guess is your body has developed a trauma response when in a context so intimate. It is absolutely treatable. I really suggest talking to a professional about this in a judgement free space. You’re also welcome to talk about it in naked therapy with me.

Freedom to rest without dire consequences, which is hard to do for most in capitalism. Everyone also deserves to feel a sense of belonging in a healthy community.

I really suggest talking to a counsellor to help you unpack these hangups, and help you understand what sexual contexts will let you be the most present 💛

For sure! I’d suggest finding a safe space to explore what contexts would sex feel the most enjoyable and safe for you. That might not be what the media dictates, and that’s okay! I offer naked therapy sessions on zoom through my OF where that can be explored, or talk to a certified sex therapist 💛
