More bears! The realistic kind again. I’ve been enjoying figuring out shading in solid blocks, like the two on the bottom right. I draw a quick line first to mark the edge of the shadow and then fill it in (it's surprising how much better it looks with that line).

I’m trying a few different cutesy styles of wolves too. The Noss Saga wolf logo has been my default doodle since it’s cute and I can knock it out fast, and it’s evolved quite a bit since my earlier iterations.

But going back to bears for a moment, I also drew more realistic ones. When the doodles are too small, the dot eyes and other drawing shorthands make them look toony, so the smaller the drawing the derpier they get.

It's truly a mystery why I struggle with it some days :'D
A mini sketch comic of sorts. First/leftmost panel is of my foxlet character, tired eye and sitting in front of a drawing tablet set up, scribbling. Surrounding her are groups of texts that describe her actions/thought processes, with arrows pointing out towards her, to give emphasis on them being applied to her. From left-to right, in an arch flow, they read as follows: -Up until at least 4AM for the last 7+ days in a row -Has trouble calming brain down to rest/relax because of near constant thinking of other stuff she wishes that she could also do/fit into her day -Very rarely takes days off of any sort of work -still tried to get in a decent bit of cardio/activity in most days - probably slouching -gets *maybe* six hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, if she's lucky Second, upper rightmost panel is an extreme closeup of foxlet's face. She's squinting and somewhat confused/frustrated. Thought bubble text above her reads, "... Goddamit, why can't I draw today??" Last panel remaining is a show of her from behind so that we can see her screen. There's a random scribble of some character leaning forward and slapping at their own butt and blowing raspberries (with *pffft* in text shown next to them), seemingly to emphasize mocking it's creator. foxlet's holding her face/under her eyes, ears drooped, still frustrated and speechless. Text underneath reads: -... Wondering why she's so sluggish/tired/brain fogged/etc more days than not xD
