Agreed with everything. It was unique and interesting, but it will be a good long while before I touch another roguelike thing people are going crazy over.

DS2 specifically is such a fascinating game to dive deeper into. It sort of feels like there's almost an entire extra game that could be cobbled up from all the unused and changed content, and the design is chaotic enough that you could almost imagine finding anything ranging from baffling to cool.

KCD1 is the most insanely tedious of all the "I wish I liked this more" games I can recall playing, and yeah the console version is extremely rough sadly

He is a complete monster of a human being, but also pathetically embarrassing. One of those people that the more you learn, the worse it gets.

Again, really, really incredible that they found and put those in for all fans of the franchise, but people really keep talking like they're full blown completed levels with cutscenes and scripting and no missing textures or falling through the world etc. which isn't exactly true

Well, they put the unfinished levels in, but they are still unfinished. It's really cool to finally see what they were originally planning in full, especially with explanations on what would have happened in those levels, but they are explicitly janky and broken.

Feels like I could watch a hundred people play Mouthwashing and still have a good time. Should be a fun stream.
