And, although he is a terrific candidate, I don’t think they should pursue Jesse Minter. Let’s move on from this whole era of stealing signs, and recruiting violations. Unfortunately, Minter was part of that.

I hope the coaches who interview for the job tell them that won’t take the job unless Warde Manuel steps down as AD.

Developments like The Meadows and La Vina could not be built nowadays because of the fire code. You need two methods of egress for any type of development. That is a good portion of the reason that Polytechnic abandoned their purchase of the Nuccio's property.

Exactly! That’s we are pushing for. I am hoping the fact that that area is in a Very High Fire Risk zone will diminish a developer’s appetite for the land.

My concern about Nuccio’s is that a developer will buy that property up. They were planning to sell in a year or two, but now they are trying to sell immediately, which is too fast for plans to come together to get it into something for the public benefit.

Here’s the thing, in 2017 Donald Trump's proposed to privatize air traffic control aimed to spin off the system from the FAA into a private, non-profit corporation. Kinda like the U.S. Postal Service. Would that be better?

There have been three Boomer Presidents, four if you count Biden (born in 1942). I classify Obama as Generation Jones, not a Boomer, not Gen X. As is typical, the Boomers are overrepresented and everyone else is left in the dust.

Well, he will be reviled like Chief Justice Roger Taney, who wrote the Dred Scott decision, if not Benedict Arnold.

The effect of this is that if a first time homeowner gets a 30 year loan, they won’t have paid the loan off by the time they retire. This puts a strain on the homeowner’s finances when (and, increasingly, if) they retire.

More like Mitch McConnell refusing to hold a hearing on Garland’s nomination to the Supreme Court for several months.
