I can feel Josef Nyomarky (taught me about Russian communism at Uni) and Prof Wills (co-taught, with Chinese version. Pretty sure I passed it.

I’ve observed the outcome of Chinese & Russian communism on their citizens & this country would not be better. That’s my caution.

We need the US Constitution to be modified, so individual states cannot ignore fundamental rights.

Criticism is going both ways; that’s why I am asking my own side to chill. You have taken my request to make it more likely for us to win by essentially calling me a quisling. I have been voting, marching, phonebanking, precinct walking & voting for 40 years, even tho I hate my party. We need them.

I am ecstatic about Mondami, but he hasn’t thrown centerist under the bus.
I note that AOC works with many of her centerist colleagues. She began as a “fuck the centerist” person, but you don’t hear that much any more, and you can see how much more power she has when she works with those she can.

That ism hasn’t worked out so well for its people, so I wouldn’t try to morph “leftist” to include communism (at least how it has been applied so far). Dissent demonized.
