Day 11 of this 75 hard challenge.
I actually like working out twice a day but it gotta be back to back and it can’t be lifting twice in a day. 😂 so I lift and go walking/jogging after

Accident created a new habit for Luna…she think it’s walking time when I come from the gym and run straight to my car if she’s outside on her lead. 😭 had zero plans to walk yesterday but couldn’t say no to her enthusiasm.

🤗 anyways her little hair is adorable

She wasn’t showing a whole lot of love to my side but 😩 such a great ass concert
