Interestingly, we find that this is mostly driven by teenage boys who selected their mother as the family member for the experiment.
(Family members were selected pre-treatment and so are unrelated to treatment assignment).

We then asked respondents a battery of women's rights attitudes.
The experiment had a large and significant impact on the attitudes of teenage boys but no effect on teenage girls.
And there was no effect when looking at non-family authority figures (e.g. a school superintendent)
