I've struggled most of my life to regularly exercise, and I really would like to get into habit just for my health but idk why it's so hard for me. Has anyone had success getting into regular exercise and have advice?

i used to facetime with friends/family just to hang out/when i'm driving/when i'm trying to get some chores done, but I've kinda drifted apart from those people. i miss having someone to do that with rip. i'd sometimes do that with people from twitter, but i don't know my bsky mutuals very well

does anyone have any advice when you're in a...fashion slump? I'm frustrated that I don't really like a lot of my clothes, but I don't want to spend a ton of money, esp on new clothes. But thrifting is a lot of work to find something good 😔. I just want to feel confident and excited again

is it common for your back and feet to hurt like not even half way thru a concert? by the end of the show, i'm just wanting to rush out so i can sit down somewhere. i never hear anyone else complaining about this lol

I know there are a lot of sonic (the fast food place) haters out there but I gotta say I love the place 😤 they have a lot of different yummy options, and I love their slushes with actual strawberry chunks in it. I just wish I had one closer to me 😭

I'm going crazy 😭 I pulled out my espresso machine I hadn't used in a while and I've been trying to make some, but every pull (probably like 10?) is under-extracted. I've made the beans as fine as possible, turned the temp up, I put as much grind in the thing, I've tamped it as hard as I could

I think the part that is bothering me the most is that I feel like they're trying to convince me to like it? Telling me why you like it or sharing some insight about it is one thing, telling me why I should like it is another
I'm tired of seeing posts about how innovative addison's album is, maybe it is but I still think it is for the most part boring!! I'm glad if you like it but idk something can be innovative but also uninteresting

i really would like to have a cute guy over to just watch tv or a horror movie but without there being some underlying sexual/physical tension between us!! just cuddle and enjoy a good movie nothing more!!

over the past few years i've been trying to be more conscious about my consumption, buying things that i really want or need with intentionality. but, i still find myself thinking like: i've had this comforter for x years and once i've had it y years then i deserve to have a new one.

I like my irl friends and I want to be closer with them; I feel like I need to spend more time with them in person, but it's hard for me to want to leave my house lol. I generally enjoy going to game nights with them, and watching a movie or whatever, but a lot of times I'm not "excited" to.
