I hope that things get better for you. Malnutrition sucks, speaking from experience here as well; most things can be reversed a good bit over time with sufficient care, at least.
Did they happen to check your Vit D and Calcium levels? Keeping those up can help a lot with bone remineralization.

I know I'm not really known to anyone, and I do not have much to show for myself. I've been trying to get things to work out but things have been spiraling a lot lately and I genuinely need some help here to get back on my feet somehow, especially because I can not cover 600 bucks of the bills.

Given the comments so far, it seems like this is not the first time they did this. It appears they have repeatedly done this in the past.
They harass people, block evade, ignore boundaries outright, and then try to paint themselves as innocent.
