Celebrating BDF with full puppy pants 🎉

Made my own twist on a Sazerac tonight! Instead of bitters I did a float of Amaro Di Angostura which added some extra complexity and turned out really good!

Made myself a nice little drink tonight! It starts off a little sweet with floral, agave and citrus notes, but as it evolves, it balances out and becomes more bitter. Definitely a good desert sipper.

Made a bit of an unconventional cocktail for myself last night. I call it the Pine-y Colada! It’s got both tiki notes and a refreshing pine note that’s like visiting the mountains in fall.
