いぇす. You even get free practice while playing splatoon 😆 My method was transcribing words of interests in my language while repeating each characters' sounds as i was writing them. Then try to reread them after some time has passed with the most anime intonation lol

The effect would sell more if the shadows and lines are wobbly too. I think i saw a vid of someone warping the shadows in post with a similar noise pass. I like the watery effect and colored contours of the shadows tho!!
