Fun fact!: it was apparently a normal thing before the neighbor fixed her fence yesterday. My cat would go into the backyard and just stare at her through the backdoor into her kitchen the little freak.
I had to go to the neighbor's house (behind my dads) to rescue my cat because she got herself stuck in their yard.
I felt like a crazy weirdo going "excuse me, can I go to your backyard and get me cat? she climbed over and got stuck"
