JD is only second to Miller in being completely unlikable by anyone, even in DC. Even the MAGATs don't like him...unless he hooks up with Kirk's widow. He's a shapeshifter at least TFG is consistent in his brand of horrible. Vance would be Ford-esque failure for the remainder of the term.
