My favourite piece of trivia is that the blue whale is the largest animal that has ever existed on earth. Larger than any in pre-historic. It's such a privilege to get to share the planet with this truly legendary, record-breaking creature. We don't have dinosaurs, but the blue whale is of OUR time.
