I think your confusing yourself. The argument was do Dems get more votes the higher the voter turnout. You said no I say yes. This isn’t about the electoral college system or 4 states (2 of which always have been GOP dominated) that Trump won last election. It’s about voters all of ‘em.

Correct. The key is to get marginalized groups to vote. When only 1/3 the population votes and it’s always 60/40 or 55/45 it only takes an added 10% to tip the scales. Trump tapped into the racist anti gov groups & youth that didn’t vote before. You don’t need an overhaul just more people.
