First cook on the Kamado Joe, Big Joe III. I’m over the moon. This is my dream cooker. Perfectly smoked Spatchcock Chicken. 5 years ago it was a KJ or the Weber Summit Charcoal. I bought the Weber as it was cheaper. It might be I chose the wrong horse 🤔
