This dead maple leaf has been “identified” as an American Goldfinch (at least plausible) and now as an African Silverbill. I was going to go remove it but this is getting kinda fun! What do you see?

What is the best way to protect these peach trees and avoid another Squirrelmaggedon? Last year I had about 50 peaches and overnight they were all gone. I have individual bags, but I think the diligent squirrels can defeat those given enough time.
