Not gonna lie, the mental health has been bad. But today I am channeling my inner granny with crochet, quilting, and embroidery (yes all of them) while listening to BTS. For today it helps.

It’s 5:30 Sunday morning and I’m getting ready for work so that I can have thanksgiving off for the first time in years. Wonder how many times I’ll mute Fox News today. My guess is at least 3. #healthcare #OccupationalTherapy
