Had to make some adjustments but it's definitely a glow up. Drifter finally has the nose type I like, so huge win there.

Operator's old void markings weren't doing it for me and her eyes were less sunken so I swapped.
Drifter's hair and earrings had some texture and clipping issues so I swapped.

Drifter is as Duviri-core as I could manage and has some cozy fashion sense, and Operator's fit is "voidtouched space child soldier who has never considered fashion because she's in a Warframe 24/7"

Drifter and Operator pre-rework. Excited to see their glowups tomorrow.

I'm especially hoping to see the skin textures match better.
Drifter is very matte and Operator is very shiny/sweaty. It works for Operator because I picture her as perpetually ill, but somewhere in-between would be nice.

Was thinking about how my Lavellan’s regrets might present themselves in the fade prison and unsettling Hawke with a pet Nightmare sprang to mind.

I need to look at armor references for Hawke and general references for Nightmare, but the vibes are there.

Lavellan’s sweater thing is actually Solas’s sweater thing, but she stole it and made it her own (totally not like the anchor nope not at all >.>)

I’ve got a lot more planned for this wip but I’m really pleased with how the anatomy turned out and whatever outfit I decide on will likely mask most of the shapes so I wanted to post it as-is.

Some in-progress doodling. The second one looks clean but Gale’s lines are actually a lot less tidy than Winnifred’s.

This is the point where I flip the picture around a lot, lasso and adjust anything that has funky proportions, and decide what lines to keep.

It’ll then get a final third lining.
