Tariffs collected are $495 bilion not trillions that might have to be paid back. US Treasury knows exactly who paid & how much. It’s about the same amount IRS pays taxpayers back in refunds every year.

Republicans had 3 months after passing the BBB to fix the healthcare problem it created. They could have made sure military & air traffic controllers were paid. They did this instead!
