Honestly as an investment make them all set a date they will leave for Mars and when that day comes around him and the others sign their wealth over to trustees, they are loaded into whatever they have constructed and we fire it towards Mars - no backing out - it's pressure that drives innovation

I occasionally do YouGov daily polls and the Tax one is terrifying vast majority think they pay too much tax and others should pay more - firmly in the Scandi Services & US Tax Rates camp - a generation of tax rises and declining services has broken any rational link between taxation and services

It doesn't really - all it says in you can't do building works within 6 months of the tournament and we wouldn't do that - it actually pushes them closer to a new stadium which could be built while everything else goes on

EV's are not a free pass, they use roads, they contribute to road wear, they cause traffic, they need infrastructure etc. there should be incentives to transition but ultimately private vehicles are still a huge issue in cities etc.

C2W has rewarded me with my Gravel Bike - commuting, a DH bike, an Enduro Bike and this year a nice new road bike and I work from home now - taking it off top rate makes it a no brainer to bike shop through it - I'd be happy to see it capped at Basic Rate saving

Biggest thing that should put any challenger off is just how broken everything actually is - piling as much as you can onto one focal point then pivoting when things turn around is better

Oh no - this is literally part of an orchestrated attack on the BBC by a group of RW groups - they are linked to those trying to take over the National Trust - it's project 2025 type stuff trying to erase history and shutdown anything that defies the RW ideology (climate/race/historic abuses)
