My tween daughter has a super top secret recipe she calls “kale special” 🤫 Heat garlic and olive oil in a pan until fragrant, add kale and stir fry until tender. Add salt and juice from a lemon. Top with a fried egg and black pepper (parm if you want to get crazy). Fast and yummy weeknight meal!
