House of Sky and Breath by Sarah J. Maas: I feel utterly betrayed—why did no one warn me about the special appearance at the end or where Bryce would end up? The scream I let out was intense. A bit wordy at times, but absolutely worth the journey. 5 stars!

“Sweet as Sin” by J.T. Geissinger was a total waste of time. I had to DNF after chapter 12 as nothing happened—just repetitive back-and-forth between the characters. The MC came off as desperate, and not in a good way. I value my time, and this book didn’t deliver. One star.

Why didn’t anyone warn me that Venom: The Last Dance would make me cry? Since no one gave me a heads-up, consider this your warning. Happy watching—and may the odds be ever in your favor!
