I recently built myself an AMD based PC. It had been 13 years since I last did one and things have certainly changed in the new bios.
Strangely everything went rather well and worked first time 🤔
The only hitch was that the CPU cooler could only use 1 fan instead of 2 it came with due to case size.

Can you check if this works on c64?
I know it’s not going work on tapes that require the cassette to stop and start during loading but not all games do that.

What did you get?
I got the fire hd 11 max last year in the sale and it’s been good. Obviously not as good as a much more expensive tablet but it can play games and run emulators etc.

It’s a power supply for 24v and also reduces to 5v via buck converters along with an internal usb hub.
This unit will supply the power and usb communication for 2 Gun4ir guns I’m building and power the sensors which are to be put around the TV
I’m taking my time and trying to do things correctly 😊
