I recommend either installing the Keepa plugin for your browser or copy/pasting the page URL into CamelCamelCamel.com . It should give you at least some pricing history.

Depending on your ancestry, some countries will allow you to move "back home" or at least "improve your odds" with the whole process. It varies from country to country and your situation, but just one of the options out there.
