If I'm reading the UI correctly, in the $13 bracket you are still getting the SystemShock remake, but you don't get the Peripeteia. Not sure if in that case they get $0, but one would hope so

If you can, transfer your number to google voice, so you can still receive messages from abroad. IIRC it only costs like $20 and it really helps dealing with a lot of shit when you have a US number.
