One of my favorite fun facts about Angel’s Egg is that the anime has had such a messy history with US distribution that at one point Roger Corman got his hands on the rights to do so, but realized the average person wouldn’t get any of it, so he filmed a live action movie and spliced in the footage.

I just found out my younger brother, who’s unemployed, has been selling prints and Christmas ornaments featuring AI art, and even after scolding him on why that’s bad, he gave such shitty excuses on why he thinks that’s okay.

I came across that one viral clip of The Detroit Lions interviewing one of their fans whose a kid asking them what cartoons he watches, where he's asks what cartoons are because he only watches YouTube stuff. As an animator I feel like I aged ten years watching this clip. 🥲
