Almost 4 weeks back reconditioning at the gym. Tomorrow, doing the 4x10x95 squat sets that killed my thigh muscles on August 1st. #hopeful.

Saw my trainer, and am back at my home gym, after almost a month away. So happy to get back into lifting in a more focused way again. Next task: 3x10 sets of squats, shoulder presses, rdls, etc, to build endurance back up, plus accessories. #weightlifting
