Oh, happy day. Week 3, day 4 at the gym, 200 lb deadlift went up nice and easy. One more week of conditioning. Feeling happy.

Saw my trainer, and am back at my home gym, after almost a month away. So happy to get back into lifting in a more focused way again. Next task: 3x10 sets of squats, shoulder presses, rdls, etc, to build endurance back up, plus accessories. #weightlifting
