Why would they care what the "radical left" is screaming?

This is the part where someone replies with a ton of screenshots of his panic "truths" whenever the stock market hiccupped under a dem.

I appreciate the desire to help, but as a software engineer with a post-grad degree in machine learning, I can tell you the problem is that Copilot is simply over-promising on its capabilities. It's a fun fad utility, but not much more.

I will concede that Copilot is pretty good at generating comments for every line of code I write.

It's horrible with rspec because there doesn't seem to be a way for it to read your helpers and determine what you're using for mocks. Even telling it to use explicit versions and libraries is useless. It's like "ok, I'll adjust that" and then spits back the same "solution" character for character

My company forced us to use GitHub Copilot as some kind of efficiency measure. I spent a good three hours today trying to tweak a couple lines of code while it gave me confidently wrong suggestions on what to do. I finally gave up and found what I was looking for on my first Stack Overflow hit.

I think it has something to do with eggs.
