This is basically a combo of JDAM and small diameter bomb as a "kit" for dumb bombs. Multiple antenna array negates GLONASS jamming, you have to target the source as defense.
F-16 doesn't really have a missile counter to this situation from Ukraine. Super Hornet, F35, and Gripen do.

Had to laugh at this for couple of reasons. I'm sure farming is dangerous seems obvious enough.
What you can't tell is numbers in each occupational specialty where accidents drawn from. Some soldiers are "computer operators" far fewer are bang bang pew pewers. Missing factor, safety training.
