Curious pilgrim on my way Home. Preacher, singer, advocate of justice, life coach, seeker of Truth.
Over 250 at the #noking protest in Laurel, Md. Peaceful. Party atmosphere. Congeniality. Lots of honking horns to support us. We did our bit in our little corner. And we stayed out of DC, less than 30 min away. #neverthelessshepersisted

Dear E!on: You can ride the train that uses these tracks. But you won’t get as far as you wanted to. (Look carefully at the track—begins abruptly, ends same way, & oh, look at that middle!)

Go to the library. Check out books on politics & constitutional rights. Read the Constitution & amendments. Take your kids to library. Learn how to resist better & more quickly. Time is not on our side.

Gratitude practices:
1. Start Small: Each day, write down three things you are grateful for, no matter how simple. . .
2. Reframe Challenges: Instead of asking, "Why me?" consider, "What is this teaching me?" Pain can be a profound teacher if we let it.

3. Practice Presence: Gratitude thrives in the present moment. Take time to savor the here and now. . .
4. Extend Gratitude to Others: A kind word or heartfelt acknowledgment can ripple outward in ways you might never imagine." Dr N Winter

When the world feels like it is falling apart, take a long walk. See beautiful creatures. Breathe.
