You're so welcome! And yes, there's a cloak-mounted thing too - the garter star. I'm not 100% sure but Charles I might have introduced that. So here's the famous portrait of him with that - and the George on the blue ribbon.

It's one part of the regalia of the Order of the Garter - here's a Mytens portrait of Charles I wearing the 'Great George' hanging from a blue ribbon. It's a lousy picture of the George - and the King - but I'm pretty sure that this is what it will be.
