I have paid the "special San Francisco tax", even earlier than I expected. Someone broke into my car looking for change to get their fentanyl; took out a passenger-side window. Any recommendations for where to get it replaced on a budget?

I have paid the "special San Francisco tax", even earlier than I expected. Someone broke into my car looking for change to get their fentanyl; took out a passenger-side window. Any recommendations for where to get it replaced on a budget?
For a party, I made gumbo with extra roux so it would be rich, and baby okra (whole instead of sliced, makes it less sticky), chicken, turkey- and beef-based sausage, scallops, and shrimp. On the side, I made a "jambalaya-adjacent" dish with riced vegetables instead of rice, to be keto-friendly.
