Hello, @msnbc.com. Longtime listener, 1st-time caller. I understand "happening now" news production, but to have the @morningjoe-msnbc.bsky.social team spend four hours talking tariffs & crashing markets with nary a mention of how both relate to #HandsOff2025 protests/

Insane turnouts today. Please take this energy to the polls in races for the next several years down ballot. Please.

Happy Opening Day to all of you and the teams giving you a short respite from the madness! I would kindly like to ask @repstansbury.bsky.social to be the official advocate for a movement making opening day a National Holiday! She's got the moxie to get it done! 😊 #LetsGoBucs 🖤💛

I am no GI Joe, and my highest security clearance is from my 12-year-old who would like me to knock on her bedroom door when I want to enter, but this certainly seems "classified." If there are any questions, I recommend you inter-web-search E.O. 13526, E.O. 12968, and E.O. 13549.

"The halftime show was boring."

Look, you may not be familiar with the genius of Kendrick Lamar and couldn't quite hear the lyrics and don't know the backstory and the symbolism went over your head, but trust me when I say you'll want to read an analysis of it and rewatch. A true masterpiece.

John Mayer's cover of Tom Petty’s Free Fallin’ is in my Top 5 of greatest covers in my lifetime. He did not disappoint at the FireAid benefit concert last night in L.A.

“Just a reminder, fans, comin' up is our "Die-Hard Night" here at the stadium. Free admission to anyone who was actually alive the last time the (Cleveland) Indians won a pennant.”

I love this LA Fires MEME circulating calling out celebrities allegedly asking me for help. Give me a break. 1. Show me the GoFundMe invite you received. 2. Are you their accountant? Prove they're apathetic during other tragedies. I have seen a lifetime of celebrities helping others. A lifetime!

The outpouring globally of help, love, and support for the people of Los Angeles (and other recent tragedies in our country) reminds me of the ending scene from Planes, Trains, & Automobiles. Vicarious. Moving. Gets me every time. Never underestimate the human spirit.

"God did a good thing when he made your dad!" ~Steve Ford, President Ford's son, speaking to Jimmy Carter's children during today's funeral for the 39th President of the United States.

I think it is a sentiment we all aspire to be remembered with!

Today's my birthday! That will never change. Four years ago today, I spent my "special" day under a warm blanket next to my equally sick wife, with our first case of COVID-19. Unable to celebrate, we watched news coverage all day. We know what we saw. We won't forget it. That too will never change.
