Just an update for yall. Pokemon TCG pocket has generated 120 million since launch. Does it seem like a majority of the market is free to play or not?

I really enjoy the card game itself as well. It has inspired a lot of my friends to pick up the actual TCG version, which is great for the community. But I believe that these microtransactional games should not become so widely accepted. Premium passes and gold bundles should not be the norm.

I also have a strong collection without spending a cent. But, the monetary portions of the game are specifically designed to entice a majority of players to spend as much money as possible. It's just that you and I are simply not the target audience. The target audience lacks self-control.
