We already have the policy “no cell bell to bell” but we started discussing how to support parents more. The other big point that was brought up is all the sports teams and extra curricular group use apps to communicate. For kids without phones, they are out of the loop. How do we change that?

We broke the book into 3 different discussion days parts 1 & 2 in June, part 3 in July and part 4 in August.
The majority of our prompts have focused on how do we help our students engage in conversation, think critically and learn to struggle. (1/2)
