To start this is discussing about $370K funds.

These block grants are money the city is given to do specific *kinds* of things that it will lose if it does not spend. They city wants to move around what it originally meant to spend them on, in order to make sure that it all actually gets spent.

Today was the last day of the Shoreline (WA) Farmer's Market so I hauled home the bike valet stand. 2 banners, 100 feet of mesh plastic fencing and a bike rack, plus the bin of stuff on the front.
