Time to sue. This seems to be a pretty clear infringement of 1st amendment rights. The university is fearful it will lose its funding if it doesn’t curb so called DEI.

This map is misleading. New Mexico is one of the largest taker states in the country. Same goes for VA and MD (due to locations of federal government)
