Apparently, you can have them trucked directly to your door now.

This is a little like spotting faces in the clouds, but this clumping of leaves also looks like a cat. That's his ears on the left, and tail on the right. So now there's TWO cats in the picture.

Also, the samurai is just five tanuki standing on each other's shoulders.

It's not quite as daunting as it first appears. (If you are viewing Bluesky on the phone, using their app.) Look for the main menu, which looks like three lines. Pick the "moderation" option, and you'll get some buttons to select your content-hiding preferences.

If by "w/o like or repost notifs" you meant generally, the the Bluesky app already does that, but you have to go find it in Settings. (If you meant turn notifs off only in Zen mode, then nevermind.)

I ... still have mine; it was a little gift from my parents. Never used it that much because the reception wasn't great where I lived, but I tried it just now and it still works!
A Lifelong brand Baby Boom Box (model 2225). It is a small (about 7 inches across by 3 and a half inches tall) radio designed to look like a vaguely trapezoidal black boom box sitting on a pedestal. The silver antenna is partially raised and offset a bit to the left. The radio sits on a beige carpet in front of a light pine cabinet.

Well, I told myself I was going to post one original thing a week, even if it was just a quick sketch. (So now you've been warned!)

This is based on a comic book ad I saw decades ago. I think it was for some tabletop RPG. I wasn't that interested in the game but the image stuck with me. #sketchbook
Quick pencil sketch of something I'd like to get back to later. Two anthro cats are running towards a third one, who is facing towards the viewer and looking at a clipboard or some papers. To his left (our right) is some sort of weapon firing off the right side of the page. The two running cats are trying to get the attention of the third, so they can warn him about the zombie cat horde approaching from around a corner to the viewer's left. The original image had cartoon people, had about as much detail as a Marvel comic, and evoked a mid-50s look. Anyone else remember it?

If you weren't walking to school uphill both ways in 1929, you might have been picked up by something like this: a Ford Model A school bus conversion.

Apparently, the person you're interested in has to enable (or at least not disable) such notifications, or the icon doesn't appear.

Have you ever seen one of those statues with a general mounted on a horse? I read on the interwebs that the position of the horse's legs was a code that described what happened to the rider.

The text reads: First off, I love your voice. Next, this was a very well put together video. You have some great points that I completely agree with. Real talk, I legit don't know if I'm a furry or not. I genuinely mean that. I did the Brony thing (and still go to pony cons) but that's more for hanging out with friends and sentimental reasons. Does that make me a furry? I don't know! I also like animals and anthro characters a LOT. They're so much fun and they're great for storytelling. Ultimately, I went into anthro movies poking fun at furries in a loving way (though I'm sure some furries still don't like that and that's understandable). It's become an inside joke for my channel so I'm just running with it. For all I know, maybe I'm on some path where I end up a furry convention someday. I'm not against it! A few of my close friends are furries. Again, I don't know what I am and I hope folks believe me when I say that. I guess time will tell! I'll tell ya this though: I REALLY like weird stuff and Bronies and furries definitely fall into that category and I love it.

A rough #sketch of a #cat? Finally, an art thing I can actually participate in!
Two rough pencil sketches of a cat, one above the other. Each is in the classic "curled into a ball" pose, both of them with the tip of their tail in their mouth, as if shy or mildly nervous. I left the pencil in the sketch because everyone who posts stuff from their sketchbook seems to do this. It's a green Faber-Castell 9000 2B in case you care. Above the pencil is a sketch of a boxy car; an attempt to draw a Fiat 128.
