Today they're talking about this, because this is exclusively a story for politics weirdos (myself included). Even if newspapers stop talking about it, Epstein has penetrated to the normies (i.e. the people who will bring Trump/Repubs down) in a way that "NYC mayor visits white house" won't.

I don't think you're wrong, but the press has gone out of its way to call Mamdani an outlier not representative of the Democratic Party, so I'm really not sure how convincing their "Trump can be bipartisan" stance will be.

As ever, so much commentary comes from people who didn't watch the video. There's no universe where a reasonable person could conclude Mamdani loves Trump from those clips.

well, to be fair, we don't know what he was going to say before Trump cut him off. if Mamdani being there at all is the problem, then I'm not sure these details will help

There's this, but I think New York is also just a weak spot for Trump. He seems to actually love it, so Charismatic Mayor of New York is super effective. This interview is the most coherent we've seen him in a minute.
