In Norway, the most energy rich country in Europe, the southwest is the most energy rich. Between 17 and 18 tmrw, the electricity price there corresponds to an oil price of around 1,600 USD per barrel. Households are protected from the extremes by a kind of “cap”, but most businesses are not.
