This is where the argument that all politicians are the same is resoundingly true.They never learn from the evidence right in front of their eyes. The Tories didn't in office and in the aftermath and nor have Labour. No sense of who voted them in, people who wanted a kind decent govt. A real change

It is so obvious what the BBC should do, I can't believe it hasnt happened already. Just import The Sunday Brunch Team of Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer. They are the perfect fit as any TV producer worth their salt must see.

But we will. All of the good done, the improvements to our services, our systems, our wellbeing will all be entirely by the massive mainstream media( for which read right wing) pile on. I think Edwin Hayward sometime ago predicted a one term Labour Government, and sadly he was/is right.

Absolutely ridiculous. It's a symptom of broken Britain. In September I took trains from London to Paris, Paris to Marseille, Marseille to Barcelona, Barcelona to Madrid and Madrid to Malaga. The total cost was the same as the Easyjet flight back from Malaga to Gatwick.

She may well have done, and it is very much to her credit. There were very strong performances from the three leading actors and Matron Muriel. But ultimately, at two hours in length, and no real focus on the volunteer wives, this film was boring.
