I've completed the first draft of Magic Junkie and am taking a short break before I jump into a second draft. An indie publisher has reviewed the first 10k words and we are discussing whether or not they are interested in publishing. All in all. Extremely happy!

For Doug and Ronnie it is absolutely tea. They both have a strong relationship with their grandmother's which they bond over and tea is a big part of that.
For the rest of The Circle, an addicts group for magic users, coffee and stale donuts are a core food group.

Honestly, I think they all became a bigger part of the story than I originally anticipated. I even gave a few of them multiple chapters where they are the 3rd person limited close POV.
