I've tried thinking of something around Boston; the best I came up with was the now-defunct Johnnie's Foodmaster, but that was entirely aesthetics (they didn't care about them). So the carpet runner in the dairy aisle was somehow off-putting, but the products were fine.

There's an Indian restaurant in my neighborhood that includes a little 1" square piece of halwa in delivery orders, and that is how you show love to your customers.
