I listened to Kellerman’s full interview and my read here was that he was mostly joking when he said this. In context at least that’s how I interpreted it.

It really pains me to say this but we just saw the best starting rotation in the World Series and it wasn’t Toronto. That being said I absolutely believe Toronto can improve enough to be the better team but the Dodgers starting rotation is elite
