It's a pain in the ass definitely. Only applicable when finalizing the project, when you know you won't touch the UE5 ABP

I've been figuring out this stuff lately myself. Sorry if you've already made it, but you can easily retarget the whole ABP from your UE5 characters to UE4 skeleton, then simply switch ABP to the retargeted one in BP and everything will work 🙂
