These "okay for now" rulings are so patently insane. It's like Bobby crying to his Mom, "Billy keeps hitting me in the head with a baseball bat!" and Mom says "Well, Billy can keep doing that until I talk with your dad, whenever he gets home, and we make a decision whether that's right or wrong."
