For me it's the morning I actualls finally took the pills, since that is the day it actually physically started, and I began to feel better

Especially on Valerate, injecting more often is the better option, since its levels dip relatively fast, and increasing shot volume would only give you an even bigger difference in levels during the week
When I was on Valerate, I went down to every 5 days and eventually switched to Enanthate/7 days

Aughh yea, Valerate especially has a very short half-life. Most people do 5-day frequencies for it
If you would prefer something more stable with a longer half-life, Estradiol Enanthate is another very grear option many girls try, and one I felt a lot better on compared to Valerate

To be fair, I think that is still a very bad and shitty message.
DS9 is an incredibly well written and amazing show, but it also broke with so much of the hopeful idealism of previous trek that I found much more valuable and unique in its messaging, than DS9s cynicism
