God it just gets worse and worse the more comments I read. If I were an /r/rust moderator I'd have banned half the people in that followup thread too.

You can enable separated mode in the options in SS14 too, if you prefer.

I do not see what "Production environment" has to do anything? Nothing about containers *has* to make debugging harder, it's just that the tools and infrastructure aren't there to make it practical.
