The feeling you get when you look at your dinning room full of people enjoying themselves but also celebrating life’s different things (wedding anniversaries, birthdays, graduations etc) it always humbles me to think my staff & I get to be part of their stories …#cheflife #blessed

(3) the thing is Jules had a safety deposit box that I knew about and I when I asked her why she didn’t just put it in there. She said she only keeps the important things in there like her Universal Studios pass and her kids drawings. It took us literally 6 months to get those documents redone

(2) he started seeing someone else she became paranoid and one day came in and said I think this person is taking my identity but that’s OK because I fixed it I shredded my birth certificate, Social Security card, and any forms of identification. I had so she can’t take my identity.

Stories from the dish pit : (1) I once had a dishwasher named let’s call her Jules, she’s in her late 30s and has some mental illness which is not uncommon in this field when she first started working for me. She was living with her then boyfriend, they broke up and she just rented a room from him
